Jam Clash is a music trivia game. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information. No account sign-up is required to play.
Song previews are fetched in real time from Apple's public iTunes Search API. We do not store audio on our servers. Jam Clash is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.
When you host or join an online game, we use Google Firebase (Firestore) to sync the game session between players. The following temporary data is stored for the duration of a game session:
This data is not linked to your real identity and is not retained after the game session ends. Firebase is operated by Google LLC. See Firebase Privacy.
The app can optionally use your device microphone for voice-answer input. Your voice is processed on-device by iOS Speech Recognition and is never recorded, uploaded, or stored by Jam Clash. Microphone access is optional — you can type answers instead.
Pro subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives your App Store purchase receipt to verify entitlements. No payment details are shared with Jam Clash. See RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
Your preferences (selected categories, custom playlists, and active theme) are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage and are never transmitted to our servers.

Jam Clash does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app does not require any account creation or personal data to play.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
